Launched in fall 2022 with the support of the Cogut Institute for the Humanities, the Disability Studies Working Group connects faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and undergraduate students from across the University. The working group will host a series of events over the course of the 2022–23 academic year. All members of the Brown University community are welcome.
To learn more about the group and receive announcements about upcoming events related to disability studies on campus sign up for our mailing list.
The Disability Studies Working Group is convened by Leon Hilton, Assistant Professor of Theatre Arts and Performance Studies, and Emily Lim Rogers, Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of American Studies, the Program in Science, Technology, and Society (STS), and the Cogut Institute for the Humanities.
